We are working with a leading global financial services firm that is widely recognised across investment banking, investment management, and wealth management. With offices in over 40 countries, this organisation is known for delivering world-class solutions and service to clients around the globe.

Position Summary
This contract role sits within the firm’s equity compensation business during a key transition period to an external service provider. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and continuity of service, assisting teams across trading, settlements, and reconciliations, while also supporting broader administrative and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with external service providers to support operational tasks and data extracts.
• Deliver accurate business and management reporting, along with essential administrative support.
• Assist trading, settlements, and reconciliation teams with daily workflow.
• Provide flexible support across multiple functions during the transition period.
• Track and resolve queries, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Build effective relationships with internal teams, global colleagues, and external providers.
• Follow compliance and audit processes, escalating risks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years’ experience in financial services operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with offshore colleagues across time zones.
• Proficiency with common office technology and reporting tools.
