You will be joining the Seniors Living Transformation and Excellence team, a small, collaborative team focused on driving meaningful improvement across Home Care, Retirement Living, and Residential Aged Care. The team partners closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver sustainable improvements that enhance service quality, customer outcomes, and organisational performance. About you and your new opportunity:Working alongside the Business Improvement Lead, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of initiatives, gaining exposure across the Seniors Living portfolio while helping embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.What you’ll be doingMapping and analysing current business processes and service delivery workflowsIdentifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement Gathering and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-making Developing clear, evidence-based recommendations and improvement plans Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations Supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of improvement initiatives Producing process documentation, reports, and improvement artefacts Monitoring outcomes and identifying ongoing improvement opportunities Helping foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation What you will bring to our team:You are a curious and analytical professional with a passion for continuous improvement. You enjoy understanding how services and processes operate, identifying opportunities for improvement, and turning information into practical recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with a flexible approach to problem solving, will enable you to work effectively across a diverse range of teams and initiatives. You’ll bring:Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Administration, Quality Improvement, Analytics, or a related disciplineExperience analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities Strong ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data and operational information Experience translating findings into practical recommendations and actionable outcomes Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Experience within aged care, community services, healthcare, home care, or a similar service-delivery environment Exposure to project delivery or business improvement initiatives Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Advanced Excel and Power BI Who we are – Churches of ChristChurches of Christ is one of Australia’s largest and most diverse not-for-profit organisations, delivering a range of care and community services across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living, Foster and Kinship Care and, Housing Support for over 140 years.
