About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Director Support, you will be a trusted partner to our Commercial Director, helping to keep priorities on track and ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day business activities. This role offers the chance to work along senior leaders, contribute to key business initiatives and continue building a rewarding long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence, including actioning, delegating, following up and filing communications
  • Provide day-to-day administrative, project and executive support to the Commercial Director
  • Coordinate internal team events, customer events and business functions
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, training sessions, agendas, minutes and presentations
  • Manage local and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Process expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Compile and distribute departmental reports and business documentation
  • Support business projects and initiatives as required
  • Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient team operations

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, executive support or PA role

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Exposure to AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, will be highly regarded
