Are you an organised and customer-focused administration professional looking for an opportunity to join a supportive team environment?

We are seeking a Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage incoming correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and update information systems
  • Prepare documents, reports and administrative documentation
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and stakeholders to support service delivery outcomes
  • Assist with maintaining procedures, registers and operational documentation
  • Support team operations while meeting established KPIs and performance targets
  • Provide administrative assistance to senior staff as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous administration or business support experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
