As a Team Member at Schnitz, you’ll play a big role in creating great customer experiences, working with a team that genuinely has your back, and bringing the energy every shift. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, good people, and even better food, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving customers and delivering a great experience every time
• Preparing and cooking our schnitzels and delicious menu items to perfection
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and running smoothly
• Supporting your team during busy periods (and it will get busy)

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need loads of experience — attitude is everything.

We’re looking for people who:

• Bring positive energy and a strong work ethic
• Are confident, friendly and customer-focused
• Can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Are team players who are happy to jump in and help out
• Have flexible availability across weekdays, nights and weekends
