🎯 About the Role
 
Based in Alexandria, you will qualify inbound leads, build a strong pipeline, and maximise conversion opportunities. We’re looking for a motivated and confident sales professional who can quickly build rapport with prospects, where speed, consistency, communication and customer experience are key to success. Working closely with the Senior Sales Team, you’ll play an important role in converting inbound opportunities and driving new business.
 
🔧 Your role:
 

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximise every conversion opportunity.
• Qualify and assess leads to identify genuine purchasing opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and sellers.
• Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and requirements.
• Build rapport and trust through confident, professional phone conversations.
• Clearly explain the buying and transaction process to customers.
• Drive consistent follow-up and manage opportunities through to a clear outcome.
• Keep the CRM up to date with accurate lead and activity records.
• Achieve activity, conversion and revenue KPIs consistently.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to progress high-value opportunities.

 
🚀 About You
 

• 6–12 months’ phone-based sales experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Confident and engaging phone manner, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess and qualify leads effectively.
• Comfortable working to activity and performance targets, including making a high volume of calls.
• Highly organised and process-driven, with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Resilient, motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Professional and customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
