Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking an experienced, driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our high-performing New Car Sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished automotive sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building a successful career with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

The Role:
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Managing the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Generating and following up sales leads and opportunities
- Maintaining a high level of Mercedes-Benz product knowledge
- Delivering a premium customer experience at every interaction
- Working collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership objective
About You:
- A minimum of two years’ automotive sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A professional, confident and customer-focused approach
- The motivation and resilience to succeed in a high-performance sales environment
- The ability to manage leads effectively and follow through on opportunities
- The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- A current and valid Queensland driver licence
