Our client is an innovative travel-tech company redefining the way people explore the world through personalised, expertly crafted travel experiences. They are seeking a passionate Travel Agent Relationship Manager to support and grow their partnership with Flight Centre and its network of travel consultants.
Reporting to the Head of Agent Success, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Flight Centre agents, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to confidently sell and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role is focused on partnership, engagement, and enablement — working closely with agents to drive adoption, increase confidence in the product, support enquiries, and help deliver strong outcomes for both the agents and their customers. You will build trusted relationships, conduct virtual meetings and training sessions, provide ongoing support, and act as the key connection point between our client and the Flight Centre network.
The successful candidate will have strong travel industry experience, ideally within Flight Centre or a similar retail travel environment, with a genuine understanding of how agents work and what they need to succeed. You will be a confident communicator, an engaging trainer, and someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and supporting others to achieve their goals.
