About the opportunity
 
We are seeking a motivated and personable 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients and candidates, and working in a fast-paced environment.
 
You will manage a full 360-degree recruitment desk across both blue-collar and white-collar roles. This includes business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement and ongoing account support.
 
Key responsibilities

  • Managing the complete 360-degree recruitment process
  • Developing new business opportunities and growing your client portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identifying staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Managing blue-collar and white-collar recruitment assignments
  • Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing suitable candidates
  • Screening, interviewing and assessing applicants
  • Coordinating interviews, reference checks, offers and placements
  • Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and business goals

Systems and technology
 
You will use a range of recruitment systems and digital tools to manage your desk effectively, including:

  • JobAdder for customer relationship management and applicant tracking
  • Ratescalc for calculating and managing employment rates
  • Onboarded for candidate onboarding
  • Online job boards, LinkedIn and candidate databases
  • Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration
  • Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A company-provided MacBook and iPhone

Experience with these systems would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided on our systems and processes.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Enjoys working with people and delivering a high level of service
  • Is confident in business development, sales and client engagement
  • Is comfortable learning and using recruitment technology and digital systems
  • Has a positive, professional and results-focused approach
  • Can independently manage a full 360-degree recruitment desk while contributing to a supportive team environment
  • Has recruitment, sales or customer service experience, although training may be provided for the right person
