Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a focused, ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and managing the full recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement.

This is a 360-degree recruitment role suited to a positive and hardworking individual who is looking for career development in a supportive team environment. You will enjoy all facets of recruitment, from business development and candidate sourcing through to interviewing, negotiating and the offer stage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and managing strong client and candidate relationships
• Prospecting for new business and developing new client relationships
• Identifying, interviewing and screening candidates
• Managing the recruitment process through to the offer stage
• Organising, negotiating and managing multiple priorities
• Writing quality job advertisements
• Utilising recruitment databases and your existing network effectively

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a similar client-focused role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to confidently develop new business and build long-term client relationships
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate and manage multiple tasks effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality processes
• Strong written communication skills, particularly when writing job advertisements
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
• A positive, hardworking and motivated approach
