About the Client
Our client is an Australian coal producer operating a portfolio of open-cut and underground mines, supplying high-quality thermal and metallurgical coal to domestic and international markets.
About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client based in Brisbane. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working across both blue- and white-collar industries and is able to work in a high volume, faced paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue- and white-collar roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to confirm role requirements and timelines
- Source and screen candidates for mining operations
- Coordinate interviews, offers and pre-employment checks
Skills and Experience Required
- Demonstrated internal, high-volume end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting across blue- and/or white-collar roles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
