Our client, a well-established building inspection business in Townsville, is seeking a full-time Office Manager / Personal Assistant to run its day-to-day operations. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to become the central point of contact for clients and inspectors, build strong working relationships, and keep the office running smoothly with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will start by managing client bookings for two building inspectors through a web-based scheduling system. They will also check completed reports, confirm payments and release reports, which comes to about 30 reports a week. • Has strong organisational skills and the initiative to manage the office independently
  • Is reliable, with integrity as a core personal trait

  • Is looking for a stable, long-term role they can grow into and make their own

  • Experience with scheduling systems in a service-based business
  • A background in office management, or in property, building or real estate services
