The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager Organisational Development to join our People and Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and people-focused leader who is passionate about shaping organisational culture, building leadership capability and driving meaningful change across the organisation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine and lasting impact on our people, teams and organisational success.
Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture - Operations, you will lead Brightwater's Organisational Development function, designing, implementing and evaluating organisational development strategies that support our strategic priorities. You will translate business objectives into practical and impactful initiatives across leadership development, culture, talent management, learning and development, and organisational change, helping to create an engaged, capable and future-ready workforce.

What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience leading organisational development initiatives within a large or complex organisation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing organisational development, leadership, talent and capability strategies.
- Ability to use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and evaluate outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Contemporary knowledge of learning and development practices, including digital learning solutions.
- An understanding of emerging technologies, including the responsible application of AI in the workplace.
- Commitment to safe, inclusive and ethical practice, and to Brightwater's mission, vision and values.
- A recent and satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current and valid driver's licence.
