To be successful, you will have the following:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with a commercial or multi-residential builder
- Confidence communicating with Senior Management, project teams, and subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail and a diligent approach to HSE documentation and reporting
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
- A hands-on, proactive approach to health and safety management
- Minimum Certificate IV in Health and Safety

Opportunity:
The project is a large $100m high rise residential project consisting of 20 levels up and 4 levels of basement. The project was won through the ECI phase so design is advanced and the team has a head start on procurement.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring recent experience as an HSE Advisor within a mid or top-tier construction company, specifically on high-rise residential projects.
Your ability to conduct toolbox talks and lead site audits will be essential, as will your proactive approach to fostering a safe, efficient work environment.
