The company specialises in the manufacture, supply, installation, repair and replacement of aluminium and timber windows, doors, shower screens, glass splashbacks, balustrades and security screens.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team in Dubbo, NSW.
As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of glass products, including windows, doors, and custom glass fittings. This is a full-time position, offering stable employment and the opportunity to work with a reputable and growing company in the local community.
What You’ll be Doing
- Install shopfronts, windows, doors and other glazing systems.
- Measure, cut and install glass products for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Repair and replace broken or damaged glass.
- Perform maintenance on existing glass installations.
- Manufacture commercial windows and doors as required.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations and manufactured products.
- Prioritise workloads and maintain work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Assist other workers and coordinate with the team to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow work orders, drawings and other relevant paperwork.
- Provide customer service and recommend suitable glass products and solutions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe worksite.
- Attend site inductions and toolbox talks and comply with WHS requirements.
What We’re Looking for
- Formal qualification in Glazing or a related trade – desirable
- Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience as a Glazier
- Strong technical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various glass products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
