The Role:
- Partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio of brands to recruit leadership, specialist & support roles
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Build proactive talent pipelines that support business growth, internal mobility and diverse hiring outcomes.
- Provide market insights and strategic recruitment advice to leaders, helping them make informed hiring decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, efficiency and the overall talent experience.
Experience & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years' Recruitment experience within an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
- Proven success recruiting leadership or specialist roles within a fast-paced, high-volume or multi-site business.
- Strong sourcing capability with experience building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates across competitive markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build trusted relationships and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working within retail, FMCG, logistics, consumer services or another large-scale customer-focused environment will be highly regarded.
