About the role

We're excited to be partnering with a growing, owner led organisation seeking an experienced Part Time HR Manager to establish and lead their HR function.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a people first culture, support business growth, and shape the HR strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
• Provide hands-on, generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives across a diverse workforce
• Provide IR advice and support, particularly within warehouse operations
• Manage Award interpretation and compliance
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Partner with global stakeholders to align HR practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience setting up a HR function from scratch
• Strong culture focus with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
• Solid exposure to Awards and industrial relations, particularly in a warehouse environment
• Experience working in fast-paced, owner led businesses
• Exposure to global businesses or working with international teams
• A true HR generalist with hands on operational and strategic capability
• Comfortable working autonomously and reporting directly to the CEO
