Roles and Requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Floor operations, including running food, clearing tables and taking orders
- Bar operations, including responsibly serving alcohol, making cocktails and coffee
- RSA Required for all employees over 18 years
- Working with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food
- Seating guests and managing bookings
- Being a committed and loyal to the TSG team - a team player
- Setting up and packing down the venue
- Following all cleaning policies
- Following our steps of service
- Upselling and Suggestive Selling
- Informing customers of our Specials, Promotions and events
- Having a passion for training and upskilling
- Promoting a great atmosphere for customers to have a positive experience
- Spreading the love of sport!
We're looking for our next MVP
- Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service roles preferred
- Display a genuine passion and flair for the service industry
- Customer service orientated personality
- Victorian RSA required for bar/floor work
- Junior positions also available
- Availability across a variety of shifts with a 7-day roster. We are more than happy to accommodate requests around school timetables/second jobs/sports/other commitment
