Finance Manager
- Lead financial accounting, reporting, and compliance across Australia.

Our client is a purpose-led healthcare / services organisation committed looking to strengthen their financial team, and be able to support the next phase of sustainable growth.
Reporting to the CFO, you'll lead across monthly reporting, compliance, and finance transformation, while coaching a high-performing team and driving smarter, more efficient ways of working.
Specifically, you will :
Lead financial accounting, reporting, & compliance and across Australia.
Deliver accurate, timely financial and management reporting to support decision-making.
Drive working capital, cash flow forecasting and cash controls.
Champion process improvement, automation, and emerging finance technologies.
Partner with the CFO on projects that strengthen governance and enable growth.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
About you:
CA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification, with strong financial accounting background gained in a complex or global environment.
Excellent technical accounting, commercial and analytical capability.
Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills.
