Reporting to a highly commercial and engaging finance leader, this role sits at the intersection of finance, supply chain and procurement, providing critical analysis, insight and business partnering support to operational stakeholders.
The Opportunity
As the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial performance of key supply chain and procurement functions while partnering closely with operational leaders to improve decision-making, drive efficiencies and enhance commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
- Business partnering with supply chain, procurement and operations leaders
- Inventory analysis, stocktake oversight and working capital management
- Providing insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitoring logistics and supply chain costs to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting project initiatives, process improvements and systems optimisation
- Driving reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Delivering accurate month-end close activities, reconciliations and management reporting
About You
You are a commercially minded CA/CPA qualified finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or a related operational environment
- Strong financial reporting, forecasting and analytical skills
- Experience operating within large, complex organisations
- A structured, resilient and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and BI reporting tools will be highly regarded
