  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium brand experience across all locations
  • Drive accountability around sales, conversion, UPT, average transaction value and other key retail metrics
  • Oversee workforce planning, rostering and effective labour management
  • Partner with VM teams to ensure stores consistently reflect brand and presentation standards
  • Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development across the state
  • Ensure operational, compliance and company standards are consistently maintained
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key business partners
  • Provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Support new store openings, refits and key business initiatives as required

Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing a multi-store network or significant retail portfolio
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated understanding of retail KPIs and financial performance
  • A genuine passion for menswear and womenswear fashion and the customer experience
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, motivate and develop Store Managers
  • Highly commercial, results-driven and comfortable being accountable for performance
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic territory
  • A hands-on, energetic and solutions-focused leadership style
  • Experience working within a premium brand environment where service, presentation and brand standards are paramount
  • A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel across VIC and TAS

In Return

  • An exciting senior leadership opportunity with an established premium fashion brand
  • The opportunity to influence and shape the performance of the VIC/TAS retail network
  • A highly visible role within a growing and commercially focused business
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • A supportive and collaborative senior leadership environment
  • Competitive salary package, including performance-based incentives
  • The opportunity to work across a premium menswear and womenswear portfolio with a strong brand identity
