Opening this November, Wishbone and Noẽma are two brand-new restaurants from Lucas Collective, launching together within the newly renovated 435 Bourke Street building in Melbourne’s CBD. While each venue has its own distinct identity, both will bring a fresh energy to the city’s dining scene, with exciting food, great drinks and genuinely warm hospitality. Join us from day one and be part of building two new teams, shaping the culture and helping bring these venues to life from the very beginning.

What you can expect:
- One-on-one interview with management
- Skills assessment (3-plate carry)
- Introduction to the managers and venues
*Must be available to attend on the 30th September at 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm
We’re looking for people who has:
- Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
- RSA or ability to obtain one
