Job Description

Location: Brisbane CBD
Salary Package: $140k – $150k Package
Role Highlights: An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Group of Executives within a complex, internationally connected organisation. This is a high-trust position for someone who brings sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to operate at senior levels, while managing a broad and evolving remit.

Role Overview
Working closely with a Group of Executives, you will oversee the coordination of diaries, travel, meetings, correspondence and executive priorities. You will act as a key point of connection across senior stakeholders, ensuring executives are prepared, informed and able to focus on their priorities. The role will also provide exposure to business-critical projects and initiatives, requiring someone who can move comfortably between detailed coordination and higher-level executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple complex executive diaries, priorities and competing commitments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including changes and last-minute requirements
  • Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, briefing materials and meeting documentation
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, actions and follow-up
  • Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Provide support across projects, initiatives and broader executive priorities


Candidate Profile 

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record supporting senior executives within a complex or fast-moving organisation. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident navigating ambiguity, with the ability to manage sensitive information and competing priorities with discretion. Most importantly, you will be someone who thinks ahead, uses sound judgement and is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
