An establishedorganisation based in the Pilbara is seeking an experienced Executive Assistantto provide high-level support within a busy infrastructure and projectsenvironment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative teamdelivering a range of operational and community-focused initiatives.
Your new role
Working closelywith senior leadership, you will provide executive and administrative supportwhile assisting with the coordination of projects, meetings, reporting andday-to-day operations.
Responsibilitiesinclude:

Diary, meeting and travel coordination. Preparing reports, correspondence and presentations. Maintaining records, documentation and filing systems. Assisting with procurement, invoicing and administrative processes. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Providing broader support across operational and project-focused teams.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. The ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities. Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, construction or project teams will be highly regarded.What you'll get in return
