Harrison McMillan is looking for energetic, ambitious people to join our Adelaide team as Entry Level Recruitment Consultants.
You might be changing careers. You might be starting your first one. Either way, we’re looking for people who want to roll up their sleeves, learn the craft and build a career they can grow in. Recruitment experience isn’t required.
Choose the path that plays to your strengths
Entry Level Associate Account Manager — client and sales focused
Love building relationships, picking up the phone and spotting opportunities? You’ll learn how to connect with organisations, understand their hiring needs and help manage recruitment assignments. This pathway leads to an Account Manager role.
Entry Level Recruitment Partner — candidate and delivery focused
Love finding great people, having meaningful conversations and making things happen? You’ll learn to source and engage candidates, support assessments and keep recruitment processes moving. This pathway leads to a Recruitment Partner role.

We’ll teach you the craft
You’ll take part in HMc’s Recruitment Excellence program, run by our fractional trainer, to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and sales. You’ll also be paired with an experienced consultant for hands-on coaching while you work on real assignments.
