Your Role
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join B&D as a Dispatch Clerk and play a vital role in keeping our operation moving.
Based at our Malaga site, you'll be the central point of contact between customers, warehouse teams, drivers, production and sales, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers are kept informed every step of the way. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that combines administration, coordination and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries and order updates
- Preparing dispatch paperwork and delivery documentation
- Coordinating pickups, deliveries and transport schedules
- Communicating delays and resolving customer queries
- Working closely with warehouse, production and sales teams

What you'll bring
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, dispatch, logistics or a similar coordination role
- A confident and professional communication style
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Intermediate computer skills, with SAP experience highly regarded
- A proactive approach and genuine commitment to delivering great customer service
