As Director – Parts Commercial, you will lead the Parts commercial strategy across Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks in Australia. Reporting to the Vice President Service Market, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and market performance while leading a high-performing team and influencing key stakeholders across our national dealer network.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the national Parts commercial strategy
- Drive sales growth, profitability and market penetration
- Lead retail and wholesale parts performance across dealer networks
- Optimise pricing, product mix and commercial programs
- Utilise market and customer data to identify growth opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors and fleet customers
- Lead strategic initiatives including Truckshop and remanufacturing opportunities
- Manage budgets, commercial targets and business performance
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
