Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure computers, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install and update operating systems and software
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
- Support basic network troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Escalate complex technical issues when required
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Cyber Security
- Network Engineering
- Or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
