About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated HR professional with 1-2 years’ experience, including hands-on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience.
This is a broad HR role for someone who already has a solid foundation and wants to build on their proven skills, gain greater exposure across the HR function and work closely with experienced HR professionals and business leaders.
The role:
You’ll have exposure across:
- End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and attract the right talent
- Sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting and advising hiring managers on recruitment processes
- Onboarding and offboarding across the employee lifecycle
- Maintaining HR systems, employee records and organisational charts
- Preparing HR reports, workforce data and analytics
- Supporting HR policies, procedures, compliance and governance
- Providing practical HR guidance to managers and employees
- Coordinating Health & Wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting HR projects, process improvements and digitalisation
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
You’ll bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience across HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Proven end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, practical and hands-on approach
- Confidence working with hiring managers and employees at all levels
- A genuine interest in people, talent and the broader HR function
