About the Role
Working within sophisticated corporate environments, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food offerings while maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, consistency, and food safety.
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
Sous Chef
- Supporting kitchen leadership and daily operations
- Supervising and mentoring kitchen teams
- Assisting with menu planning and development
- Managing stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace standards
- Delivering exceptional service across restaurant, café, conferencing, and event operations
Chef de Partie
- Managing your own section and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to specification
- Maintaining consistency, organisation, and cleanliness
- Supporting senior chefs during service
- Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture
About You
We are seeking chefs who possess:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong classical cooking foundations and technical skills
- Experience working in quality restaurants, hotels, events, corporate hospitality, or premium catering environments
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Pride in presentation and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and professional approach to service
