The Opportunity
Fremantle Ports is seeking a highly organised, proactive and influential Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and help drive the successful delivery of strategic and operational priorities across the business. This is far more than a traditional administrative role. As a trusted business partner to one or more General Managers, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating key initiatives, managing competing priorities and ensuring our leaders can focus on delivering outcomes that keep trade moving for Western Australia.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Providing high-level support to one or more General Managers.
- Managing complex calendars, meetings, travel and executive priorities.
- Acting as a key liaison between leaders, stakeholders and teams across the organisation.
- Coordinating reports, presentations, briefings and governance documentation.
- Tracking actions, commitments, milestones and business priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- Anticipating challenges, identifying solutions and driving continuous improvement across administrative and business processes.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.

- Proven experience providing executive-level support.

- Experience coordinating activities, tracking actions and supporting business objectives.
- Strong digital literacy and experience working with corporate systems.
