Role:
- Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads, guiding prospective students towards suitable course options.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, delivering an exceptional enrolment experience.
- Achieve weekly sales, activity and conversion targets.
- Effectively manage leads and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
About you:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (phone sales highly desirable) with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others
- Driven, ambitious and motivated by achievement and financial success
- Passion for sales and interest in the education sector
- Confident using CRM systems (training provided) and strong overall computer literacy
- Open to feedback, coachable and committed to continuous improvement
