The role
As we prepare for another beautiful Perth Summer, we are in need of individuals with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping our guests safe around our Leisure facilities to join the Crown Resorts team as a fixed-term Part Time Leisure Supervisor.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- The position plans, organises, schedules and allocates the tasks and activities of the team
- Assist to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals
- Providing operational support
- Demonstrating leadership to team members
- Provide consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol pool areas
- Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities
About you

This role requires you to provide:
- RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
