To be successful you must have the following:
- 3-6 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Experience working for a commercial construction builder.
- Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, contract administration, variations and cost control.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts, along with exposure to industry-leading financial and project management systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, and Procore
- Relevant construction, quantity surveying or engineering qualifications preferred
In this role you won't be confined to a purely traditional Contracts Administration role. With the opportunity to work across smaller projects, you will gain exposure to broader Project Management responsibilities and take greater ownership throughout the delivery process.
This provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill set, develop a stronger understanding of the full project lifecycle and gain experience that may take considerably longer to achieve within a larger construction business.
