You will contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Group balancing the divisional priorities with the broader agency objective and help shape long-term organisational capability and performance.

Your strategic leadership, corporate governance and stakeholder management skills, and experience in leading complex corporate services functions within a government or similarly complex environment, will be key to your success in this role.  You will be comfortable making high-impact decisions in complex and ambiguous environments, drawing on evidence, experience and diverse perspectives to achieve sustainable outcomes.

You will bring to the role your strong executive-level leadership, strategic planning and corporate services expertise, together with your ability to provide trusted advice, influence strategic decision-making, lead organisational change and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement and staff wellbeing.
