Are you passionate about great service, premium food and beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences?
We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our premium Food & Beverage teams, with a strong focus on growing our bar teams.
Whether you're an experienced bartender who loves crafting quality drinks, someone who thrives behind the scenes keeping a busy bar running smoothly, or a waitperson passionate about exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
We’re currently looking for:
- Bar Attendants – Bring your personality and beverage knowledge to the bar, preparing and serving quality drinks while creating an engaging guest experience.
- Bar Stewards – Be an essential part of our bar operation, supporting the team with glassware, stock, cleanliness and preparation to keep service running seamlessly.
- Waitpersons – Deliver polished, attentive table service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests

Positions are available from Part-Time 2 (20–48 hours per fortnight) through to Part-Time 4 (76 hours per fortnight).
The Role
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll help deliver the high standard of hospitality our guests expect.
For our bar opportunities, we're particularly interested in people who enjoy the energy of a busy bar environment and take pride in delivering quality beverage service. From preparing and serving drinks to supporting smooth bar operations, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
For our Waitperson opportunities, you’ll provide attentive and professional table service, build genuine connections with guests and use your food and beverage knowledge to enhance their dining experience.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous hospitality experience within a restaurant, bar, hotel, premium dining or similar environment
- A genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest service
- For Bar Attendant opportunities, strong cocktail, wine, spirits and beverage knowledge will be highly regarded
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment
- A polished and professional approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Open availability across weekdays, mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays
