We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie, to join Executive Chef Paul Wilson and his talented team. You will be instrumental in the delivery of food that becomes a story told often by guests of the multi award winning Lindenderry Hotel.
About You:
- Extensive experience working as a CDP with relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Relevant experience in a restaurant/banquet kitchen or in a hotel setting
- Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to lead a team and support the Executive Chef in his absence
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
- Well presented, punctual and reliable who takes pride in their work
- Ability to keep your section clean in the Kitchen and is highly organised with a good understanding of workflow and structure
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- A passion for quality food and produce
