- Manage the letting and vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Negotiate agreements and track project expenditure
- Oversee progress claims and project cash flow forecasting
Role & Responsibilities:
- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- You will be across 2 projects
Your Background:
- Must have experience with a Commercial/Apartment Builder as a Contracts Administrator
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
You will receive:
- $100k - $150k package
- Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience
- Strong Pipeline working with a leading Tier 3 Commercial builder
- Variety of projects to further your reputation in the industry
The builder:This builder are well known for delivering school, age care and council projects up to $60 mil across Victoria
