The Company:
Our client is a well-established commercial construction business specialising in construction projects across the industrial, retail and education sectors. With a strong focus on new builds and refurbishments, they have built excellent relationships with repeat clients, with the majority of their work being negotiated.
With a close-knit, family-oriented culture, the business offers flexibility, support and autonomy, with Directors who are genuinely invested in their team's success.
They are currently looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their team, the role will see you working closely with an experienced site team, helping maintain high safety standards throughout the project.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety (Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV).
- Proven experience working as an HSEQ Advisor within commercial construction.
- Valid driver's licence, Senior First Aid and ICAM Incident Investigation qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors while promoting a positive safety culture.
