About the Role
As a HR Driver, you will be responsible for operating waste collection vehicles throughout Dubbo, helping provide an essential service to the local community.
Your duties will include:
- Safely operating Heavy Rigid waste collection vehicles
- Completing scheduled collection routes
- Following run sheets, maps and designated routes
- Using onboard vehicle technology and systems
- Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any issues
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Following all workplace safety and environmental procedures
- Working independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current unrestricted HR Licence
- Clean driving record
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to confidently work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be able to pass Drug & Alcohol test
Previous waste industry experience is advantageous but not essential, with training and support available for the right candidate.
