Hays Recruitment partners with a range of leading accommodation and catering service providers operating across Western Australia.
Your new role
The roles involve bulk catering and require working both day and night shifts across various mining camps in the Pilbara and Goldfields regions. Typical rosters are 2/1 or 1/1 with shifts ranging from 1012 hours per day. All positions operate on a fly-in and fly-out basis from Perth, so applicants must be based in Western Australia and available to commence work at short notice.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of roles, successful candidates will have previous FIFO chef experience, as well as the below.

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
• Willingness to obtain a current National Police Clearance (Hays Paid)
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Ability to complete site inductions
• Two contactable references from direct supervisors within the past 12 months
• Ability to pass a medical, including a fitness assessment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
• Must be based in WA and able to fly from Perth airport
