The Role
You’ll play a key role in growing the business and securing new property management opportunities, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and converting quality leads. Your day-to-day will include:
- Prospecting for new property management opportunities
- Conducting rental appraisals and market assessments
- Managing new business enquiries across referrals, portals and walk-ins
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective landlords
- Onboarding new clients and coordinating all pre-leasing requirements
- Conducting open homes and securing new managements
About You
- Previous BDM experience within real estate
- Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident conducting appraisals and winning new business
- Driven, proactive and results-focused
