Based in one of our beautifully presented display homes, in Skyridge you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer who walks in the door.
Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include: Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contractManaging both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumesDelivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customersBuilding strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partnersManaging the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; andTaking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have: Experience in new home sales or real estate.A motivated and results driven sales professionalPassionate about delivering outstanding customer experiencesConfident building relationships and generating referralsHighly organised with strong attention to detailA strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customersSelf-motivated and able to work independently; and
