The role:
- Handling of new vehicle customer enquiries and prospecting for new customers
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features and be able to share product knowledge within dealership
- Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organising test drives
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers
- Provide quality service and generate leads, referrals and repeat business
The ideal candidate will possess/be:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude with a bright and energetic personality
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Confident and thrive in a competitive team environment
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results and increase product knowledge
- Proven track record in developing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Ability to communicate complex information in non-technical terms with customers
- Previous work with a luxury brand/automotive experience will be advantageous but not required
- Must be able to work weekends
- Have a current driver’s license
