You'll inherit an established customer portfolio while helping grow existing relationships and reconnect with previous customers, driving sales opportunities across our industry-leading range of products.

About the Role
Working closely with existing and previous customers, you'll focus on building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that help customers succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Re-engaging previous customers and identifying new opportunities
- Preparing, following up and converting quotations
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
- Negotiating pricing and commercial terms
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintaining regular customer contact and follow-up activities
About You
Previous experience in sales, customer service or administration will be highly regarded; however, we are equally interested in motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Confidence engaging with customers over the phone and email
- The ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
