It's a three year leadership program designed to offer an immersive, high impact career experience for people ready to step up and lead.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a small cohort of exceptional leaders with the ambition, capability, and drive to fast-track their careers to the most senior levels of our organisation - someone who has already proven they can perform, is hungry to grow, and wants to make a real difference at one of Australia's fastest-growing insurers.

What You Can Expect

This isn't your standard leadership program. It's a curated three year pathway for exceptional individuals who have aspirations to make a difference - and who want to do it at a company that's genuinely committed to their success.
From day one, you will be immersed in the business, solving problems, and helping us succeed. Over three years, you will spend time in each part of our business working shoulder to shoulder with leaders and teams in Sales & Service, Claims & Assessing, Risk, Product, Technology and Growth Operations developing a deep end to end understanding of our value chain.
Throughout the program, you'll be paired with an Executive and senior mentor to accelerate your self-awareness and leadership capability.

The Essential Experience

You bring:

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years actively leading and developing people
• A track record of strong performance and demonstrated capability in professional, commercial or operational environments
• Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to ambiguous environments, and deliver results under pressure
• Strong self-awareness and the ability reflect, learn and grow
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing capability, including evidence of strategic and long-term thinking
• Strong commercial acumen with real exposure to functions like finance, legal, operations, or commercial environments
• Strong alignment with A&G's purpose and values. You genuinely want to make a difference for our customers, people, business and community
• Clear ambition and genuine aspiration to pursue executive leadership roles at A&G

Desirable:

• Experience across multiple business functions or industries demonstrating breadth of commercial understanding
• Exposure to general insurance, financial services, or a comparably regulated industry
• Experience in change management, business strategy, or transformation initiatives
• Post-graduate qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or a related field (MBA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
