Director of Growth

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded leader to establish and shape a new business division within a successful and growing organisation.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing growth initiatives and building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with business objectives.

About You

You are a commercially astute leader with a track record of delivering growth through strong relationships, thoughtful strategy and effective leadership.

You will bring:

• Experience in growth, commercial, business development, sales or general management leadership roles.
• A history of achieving sustainable commercial outcomes.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a genuine passion for developing people.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with a practical and collaborative approach.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading teams through growth, change or transformation.
• The ability to influence, engage and bring others on the journey.
• Networks within Facilities Management, Commercial Cleaning or Property Services sectors will be highly regarded.
