AWM Craigieburn is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales team member to join our growing team.

You don't need to know everything about electrical wholesale on day one. What matters to us is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

You'll learn the industry, build your product knowledge and develop the sales skills to build a successful career with the MM Electrical Group.

What You'll Be Doing

·         Building great relationships with our trade customers

·         Taking customer enquiries and finding the right products and solutions

·         Preparing and following up quotes

·         Looking for opportunities to grow sales with existing customers

·         Getting on the phone and creating new sales opportunities

·         Learning our products and becoming a trusted source of advice for customers

·         Working with suppliers to find the right products and pricing

·         Working as part of the Craigieburn team to achieve store and individual targets

·         Delivering great customer service every day

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

·         Has a positive attitude and plenty of energy

·         Enjoys talking to people and building relationships

·         Is motivated by sales and achieving goals

·         Is confident, friendly and willing to pick up the phone

·         Wants to learn and develop new skills

·         Is reliable and takes pride in their work

·         Enjoys being part of a team

·         Has previous sales, customer service or trade experience (great, but not essential)

·         Electrical or trade knowledge is a bonus — we can teach you the products
