Our client is seeking an organised and motivated Training & Development Coordinator to support the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality learning and development initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring training programs are relevant, current, culturally responsive, and aligned with the needs of members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engaging training and development workshops that are relevant, contemporary, and culturally responsive.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions where required.
- Create and maintain business resources, tools, and templates to support business success and capability development.
- Liaise and engage with external training providers and workshop facilitators.
- Work closely with members and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet identified needs and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the training and development calendar.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, bookings, communications, and materials.
- Develop frameworks and processes to support effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of training activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives through feedback, data collection, and continuous improvement practices.
- Monitor emerging trends, industry developments, and best practices in learning and development.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and work within established timeframes.
- Ensure the culturally responsive design, development, and delivery of all training programs and resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
