About the Role:

Join the RADAR Team and make a real difference in aged care. As an RN2, you will provide rapid clinical assessment, care coordination, and expert support for older people experiencing acute health changes. Working across aged care and health services, you'll play a key role in preventing avoidable hospital presentations and improving outcomes for residents. If you're a confident clinician who enjoys autonomous practice, collaboration, and innovative models of care, we'd love to hear from you.
